Tutor description: As a passionate language tutor with extensive experience in education, I am extremely excited to be part of this group of tutors. My training in translation and interpreting, focusing on English and Russian, has given me a deep understanding of languages ​​and their cultural context, which is essential for effective teaching.

I worked as a lecturer and tutor in various language schools and private institutions, where I gained experience in teaching students of different age categories and levels. This practice allowed me to develop flexible teaching methods that adapt to the individual needs of each student.

In 2020, I opened my own language tutoring business. This experience was extremely rewarding as I had the opportunity to directly influence the learning process and monitor the progress of my students. In addition to teaching skills, I also learned the basics of entrepreneurship and independent project management.

I have strong communication and organizational skills, which I developed not only through my teaching practice, but also through organizing community projects for children and youth and leading summer camps. I have always tried to motivate and inspire young people to develop their language skills and understanding of different cultures.

Topics and areas of tutoring: My tutoring focuses mainly on English and Russian, covering a wide range of topics from basic grammar and vocabulary to advanced conversational skills. I place great emphasis on the practical use of language, which includes conducting dialogues, understanding idioms and phrasal verbs, as well as developing written communication and comprehension of texts. I also provide specially prepared lessons for students preparing for language exams such as IELTS or TOEFL, where I focus on the specific skills needed to successfully pass these tests. In addition, I also address the cultural aspects of languages ​​so that students can better acquire the language in the context of its natural use.

As an experienced lecturer with a focus on Slovak, English and Russian languages, I look forward to the opportunity to share my knowledge and pedagogical experience. My goal is to adapt tutoring to the individual needs of each student, emphasizing the support of their language development and self-confidence. Thanks to my education in translation and interpreting, as well as my experience in organizing educational projects for children and youth, I have a wide range of methods and techniques that help students learn effectively. I look forward to the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our students.
